Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Full payment required on booking.
- If cancelled 48 hours or more before noon on arrival day, 50% cancellation fee is payable.
- Bookings may be changed up to 48 hours prior to noon on arrival day with a $30 administration fee (and subject to availability).
- Cancellation within 48 hours of noon on arrival day results in forfeit of amount paid,
General Terms and Conditions
- By booking guests agree to abide by our payment and cancellation policies as well as our general terms and conditions.
- Check-in time is 2pm or after. Check out time is 10am.
- Management will make every endeavor to meet any special requests, although no guarantee can be given that requests outside our normal/advertised trading terms will be met.
- Management reserve the right to charge for any unreasonable damage to the property and contents, beyond reasonable wear and tear - either replacement value or repair (whichever is lowest).
- Management reserve the right to charge for any additional guests found to be staying at the property above the nominated number on the booking.
- All of our rooms are non-smoking, A $300 cleaning fee will be charged to guests credit card if guests smoke indoors. Any tampering of fire equipment will be reported to authorities.
- Management takes no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, guests property (including vehicles) whilst staying at the property.
